US-ARAB RELATIONS
How
is the U.S. going to work out its relationship with the Arab
World? We
have come to a critical period in U.S.-Arab relations, which
in fact affects the whole world.
Charts:
The U.S.
Declaration of Independence : July 4, 1776, 2:14 am Philadelphia,
PA (view chart)
The Birth
of Islam (Hegira), when Mohammed entered Medina: July 16,
0622 6:05 pm Medina, Saudi Arabia (view
chart)
This
relationship has been on a collision course since the attack
of 9/11 on the World Trade Center (view
chart) and Pentagon. The U.S. invasion of Iraq combined
with the Israel-Palestine situation has made this relatioinship
even more volatile.
What
can we learn from astrological indicators?
First,
PLUTO transiting SAGITTARIUS (since 1995) describes a so-called
"clash of civilizations."
PLUTO
transiting SAGITTARIUS, continues to aggravate warlike feelings
from both sides (U.S MARS square Islamic MARS) over the next
couple of years. PLUTO's contact is always transformative
but generally causes great losses before a renewal.
In addition,
the chaotic and unpredictable planet URANUS, now in PISCES,
is exacerbating this difficult relationship between the two
for the next two years.
This
second difficult aspect (another close square) between the
two charts is the U.S. URANUS /ASC in GEMINI square the Islamic
JUPITER in PISCES. This aspect indicates a fundamental difference
in values-- the U.S. emphasis on individual freedoms versus
the Islamic emphasis on submission to the will of God.
